Georgetown University students recently voted for a tuition increase to pay for slavery reparations. Democrats Elizabeth Warren and Beto O’Rourke are also pushing for reparations in their bid to become President. While many libertarians disagree with the common version of reparations for slavery can there be a case for reparations that respects property rights? And if so, who pays? Who receives? How far back can the claim be made?
